Job Title: Site Manager/Assistant Site Manager

Location: Middlesborough

Salary & Benefits: To £33k plus Car/Allowance plus Package and Bonus

Job Description:
As one of the North of England’s leading Social Housing contractors, our client requires an experienced Site Manager and an Assistant Site Manager to commence on projects in the North East of England.



Ideally from a trades background, the applicants will have previous experience of working on the refurbishment of local authority domestic properties in a managerial role, and have a stable career employment history that shows commitment and endeavour.



The role will need someone who can run a wide range of refurbishment schemes both internal and external; run both sub-contractors and direct labour, and be comfortable in working in tenanted properties.
