DescriptionA full commercial post on projects for Local Authorities as well as private clients, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. You will be responsible on all matters through design phase to construction and on to final account including build up of price, and measurement on to scheduling of interim payments, sub contractor selection, cost value reporting and payment including assisting the winning the work team from time to time. You must be commercially aware and a strong team player with a strong track record in General Infrastructure and Highways construction projects for a main contractors. |
