Project Manager required with substantial experience of working on large scale new build housing projects.



Working on behalf of a well respected housing developer I am currently searching for a talented and driven project manager to push forward a large scale housing development of several hundred units. The development will have in excess of 40 units in production at any one time so working experience on very busy and very large new build housing sites is a must. Ideally you will be an NHBC Award winner and be able to prove a high level of quality in developments you have been involved in as well as being large scale.



The competitive salary on offer for this role is in the region £30,000 to £45,000 plus company car or car allowance, pension and healthcare.
