Linear Contact:	The company has an annual turnover of almost Â£150 million and carries out projects from around Â£1m to Â£50m for a wide range of public and private sector customers. Their involvement extends from feasibility through construction to maintenance, and ranges from individual projects through to long term framework agreements.
Description A Setting Out Engineer is required to report to either the Senior Engineer, Site Agent or Project Manager. Key responsibilities will be setting out, line & level and assisting with the take off and requisition materials and plant associated with project. Some supervision of sub contractors and company operatives may be required. You will also be required to complete company standard returns and reports, cover quality control, and show awareness and demonstrate implementation of all site safety measures at all times. You will have one years post qualification experience or a referenced year out position with a regional or national Civils Contractor on general Civils projects. Projects include Highways, Infrastructure and Remediation works by nature and valued from Â£750 - Â£20 M in the Tyneside / Wierside areas.
