Our Client is one of the leading construction and maintenance companies in the UK with many offices throughout and many blue chip and public sector clients.



They are looking for a maintenance manager to cover the Herts beds Bucks area for a Housing Association who is their client. The value of the contract is £10m and they need experience od managing a number of surveyors and maintenance operatives and well as running a P/L account. Excellent customer services skills are required as well as experience in working within the mass housing industry.
