This opportunity is working with a growing FM operation providing their Services on a European Level.

They are working with a number of blue chip companies and large public sector organizations delivering

a range of Total FM Services. All recent developments are causing much excitement and increasing the

Purpose of the role:
The purpose of this role to support both the end user team and the embedded our clients team with a number of change programmes, projects and activities. Typical change activities currently planned include (not exhaustive):



· Closure of buildings

· Occupation of new space

· Capex investment (hard and soft)

· Introduction of an “Agile Working” concept

· Relocation of “goods in” function

· Review and Re-tender of archiving process

· Electronic mail

· Contact less payment systems in catering areas



The role holder will work with the client, FM team and other interested parties to help shape changes to the FM service delivery model to take place quickly and with the minimum of disruption and to ensure changes have a positive and beneficial impact.



Main Duties and Responsibilities / Key Accountabilities:





1.
Key player in the FM delivery team working closely with the Head of Contracts and planning, Property Director, Facilities Management Company, consultants and other parties being a leader and facilitator




2.
Become the main change leader within the Client’s Workplace Team by understanding the specific change, its impact to FM service delivery (both in service line delivery and process) and delivering these changes into operational Business As Usual






3.
Prepare documented plans of activity to include: Scope, resource requirement analysis, issues & risks registers, delivery plans






4.
Obtain buy in and approval from stakeholders to identified changes




5.
Attendee and key contributor at various programme / project meetings relating to specific changes






6.
Assisting with the programming of the capital expenditure plan items ensuring that items are within budget and prioritised with all parties to deliver robust and transparent solutions
