Our Client is one of the leading multi-disciplined blue chip companies in the world and they provide a substantial FM services to public and private sector organizations on a large scale. This role is responsible for the National delivery of the hard services for one of their blue chip clients. The experience required is an excellent technical knowledge of M and E Services, good organizational skills and an excellent customer service. This position is overseeing the Technical delivery of the service providing strategic analysis, maintenance plans, monitoring costs and estimating costs. An ability to provide training to engineers on aspects specific to this client, auditing the service and providing client advice is required. This is an excellent role with a high level of responsibility. The requirement is for this candidate to be based in the Midlands.
