Job Description:



Our client is one of region’s leading Construction Contractors and is currently looking to appoint a Site Manager on a pro-rata contract basis.



The client requires a driven No.2 Site Manager to work on a £5m Leisure Refurbishment contract underneath a Project Manager. Applicants must live with in 30 miles of Middlesbrough.



Applicants should ideally come from a trades background and have solid experience working on live refurbishment sites preferably with in the Leisure sector.



Applicants must be client facing and be able to deal with managing trades and labour and comfortable reading and working to programmes and mission statements and be a team player.



Valid First Aid, CSCS and SMSTS are essential.
