Our Client is a Facilities Management Service provider which is part of a very large global brand. They are looking for and account manager who has the capability of managing a contract of a number of office buildings for a well known corporate client. This will involve management of total facilities, therefore requiring a knowledge and experience within P/L, Customer Services, man management, contract management, property and recruitment. This role will not be restricted to this contract, there are a number of contracts that the person in this position could possibly lead towards. The attributes include a proactive eye for business and the detail required to create opportunities, ability to manage internal and external colleagues and contacts respectively.
