Our client, UK’s leading luxury residential developer/main contractor, is currently seeking to recruit a Site Manager to be based on one of their flagship waterside developments in East London.



Initially this is a Temp-to-Perm position for 3 months.

The pay rate per hour whilst Temp is £18ph LTD

The salary package on offer after the 3 months is £40k per annum plus benefits.



The successful role holder will have a permanent address/resides within a commutable distance of the Site and you will be working as part of a team reporting to a Senior Site Manager and a site based Project Manager.



The phase that you will be involved with is on 290 luxury units/penthouses and initially you will be managing the Envelope and Façade elements of this project.

Moving forward, my client ideally is looking for somebody who could continue with and go through the rest of the building from 1st fix to final finishes and handover.



This is a fast paced site, multiple unit completion rate of 8 units per week.



It is HIGHLY desirable that you hold a Construction related degree or equivalent.

To get on site you MUST hold a CSCS card and 5 Day SMSTS Certificate.

- Both of which will be verified prior to any interviews taking place

- Ideally you will also hold a First Aid certificate
