An experienced Rail Estimator is required to work on a permanent basis for a major national contractor that is expanding due to sustained success.


Requirements:
Responsibilities include:
Being responsible for the successful Estimation and Tender Submission on various projects with a value in the range of £500,000 - £5 million +.


The successful candidate must:
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Estimator on Rail.
• Possess sustained experience of working within Network Rail bias environments
• Be client facing and meticulous in your approach to work.
• Possess relevant site certifications including PTS
• Be competent reading & interpreting construction drawings.


The ideal candidate will also:
• Be well organised with an ability to prioritize work loads.
• Be comfortable dealing with clients of various levels from construction QS to architects and engineers.
• Have overseen estimating requirements for high value projects.
