Position Description:
The candidate will be part of a diverse and forward thinking Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Specialists based in Manchester. The work will include specification and drawings, tendering and site administration of projects between £10- £500K to a mixture of offices, industrial and schools. Surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations of commercial property generally.
