Description Reporting to the Estimating Manager you will be responsible for controlling, and recording enquiries, assessing their content and establishing tender requirements. Moreover you will receive resource requirements and produce accurate estimates of total cost. Ultimately ensuring the full submission of tender and monitoring its progress through to handover stage. You will have experience of Estimating/Commercial experience with a technical understanding of railway infrastructure. Furthermore you must possess excellent numerical skills alongside excellent communication and coordination abilities.
