Our client is a National Contractor who work on Local Authority and Housing Association contracts.



Due to heavy workload they are now looking to appoint a Project/Contracts Manager for a New Build Social Housing scheme in Middlesbrough.



The scheme consists of 250+ units over phases and will require a candidate who has experience of managing Site Managers on site.



A strong background in New Build Housing is necessary, but experience of working on other more Commercial Build schemes will be looked upon favourably.
