Pragmatic and commercially astute individuals required to effectively engineer and fully control all aspects of labour and materials associated with the mechanical / electricals installations with a major PFI build. You will be involved in managing a system of cost and control in association with surveying, pre-contract, design, and estimating and buying departments. Additionaly you will oversee the direct supervision of employees and sub-contractors, ensuring compliance with health & safety, quality assurance and other contractual and technical standards.
