Position Description:
Working on the Decent Homes works within the county the job will involve management of site staff and subcontractors involved with the improvements to tenanted properties; such as replacement kitchens and bathrooms, repointing and other external works. There will also be a degree of liaising with Tenants to organise when works can be carried out and also attending meetings with both external clients and superiors to provide updates on scheduling. |
