I require a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading contractor to the water industry working in a long term framework. With more than £100m of guaranteed future workload in the region over several years you will have an excellent opportunity to further your career with a contractor of considerable repute.

You will hold full responsibility for running the commercial aspects of assigned projects whether they be multiple lower value or single high value contracts. The role will mostly be office based with regular visits to site so holding a full driving license is essential. You will be working alongside 3 other members of the surveying department and report either into a Senior QS or Commercial Manager dependant on your level. To be considered for the role you need to have prior experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor in the water industry and ideally in a framework or alliance situation. You also need to have prior experience of working on the NEC suite of contracts.

In return you will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package including company car or car allowance, pension and flexible benefits package. Salary will be in the region of £30k-£40k at QS level and £40k plus at Senior QS level.
