Position Description:
This is you chance to join one of the Region's leading Social Housing contractors who are working with local authorities and housing association on new build and refurbishment of social housing. We are looking to recruit experienced Quantity Surveyors who have some refurbishment project experience. Ideally you will have a HNC or BSc in Quantity Surveying or have previous industry experience. You will be comfortable with Bills of Quantities, re-measures, variations, cost reporting, sub-contractor management and final accounts. |
Client:
The company has been operating for 50 years and for the last twenty years, have concentrated more and more in the field of Social Housing Refurbishment. They have now worked in over 45,000 homes, many of them occupied, the work being worth £400 million. The company has a turnover of over £57m, of which 75% was related to Social Housing. |
