Quantity Surveyor required for nationwide flooring company. My client is one of the largest installers of contract flooring and hygienic wall cladding in the UK and has an annual turnover of 4 million pound per annum.
You will be working in a team with a number of Contract Managers and Commercial Mangers and will have the ability to multi task when required.
Having experience with Contract Law and working with either main contractors or sub contracts is imperative, flooring experience is also an advantage. You will have to be prepared to work with all departments and estimating experience would be very useful.
