Our client is a leading building contract who has a strong specialism in the refurbishment of Social Housing Schemes across the Midlands and North. Owing to the award of several major long term partnering schemes in the West Yorkshire area, they are urgently seeking to appoint and commence work on the projects. They are seeking candidates who are from a trade back ground (i.e. joiery etc) and who have worked on similar types of projects previously with either another contractor, or local authority. They must also be used to managaing trades on sites and have a keen eye for quality.
They are also open to looking at candidates who are from a refurbishment background and want to make the change into the social housing area.
