Position Description:
The type of work is varied and covers commercial, residential, industrial and retail projects mainly in the North of England. The practice is currently seeking an Architectural Assistant / Technician with presentation skills. You will either be an experienced RIBA Part I or Part II qualified Assistant / Degree qualified Technician. You should have excellent presentation skills and have working knowledge of Photo-shop. You must also be CAD literate. At least 1 year practical experience within a UK based practice is required for this role in which you will work on projects from inception to completion, preparing presentation drawings for planning, building regulations and progressing to job running on site. The position comes with a competitive salary, obviously salary will depend on experience, excellent working environment and includes free on site parking. |

This is a private practice that is currently 6 strong working from a converted listed building. The practice has a heavy workload and is looking to expand. |
