DescriptionThe role involves work with tenanted properties, bringing them up to the Government’s ‘Decent Homes’ Standard. This involves improvements such as replacement windows and bathrooms alongside external work such as repointing. Liaising with the Managing Surveyor, the role is likely to be a 40 hour working week from 9 to 5. |
