I require a Quantity Surveyor with excellent experience of NEC contracts to join a leading civil engineering contractor. This is a temporary contract lasting in the region of 7 months. Reporting to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for all commercial aspects of two contracts and will be expected to split your time accordingly between both sites. To be considered for this role you must be a Quantity Surveyor with excellent working experience of the NEC3 Option A and Option B contracts including early warning schedules and compensation events. You should also have a good knowledge of the civil engineering industry, in particular highways and public realm works.
