Due to its success and expansion, our client, a leading construction services company, are looking for an experienced Telesales Team Leader to lead and drive their Certification and Training sales team.

Duties will include

· B2B and B2C Cold Calling to new and existing clients selling a wide range of training and certification packages related to the contstruction industry

· Coaching, developing, motivating and leading telesales team

· Management of large accounts

· Dealing with escalated complaints

· Accurately recording outcome of all calls on database

Suitable candidates must have:

· B2B and B2C sales experience

· Previous experience managing and leading a team

· Experience in handling customer complaints

· Mimimum 3 years experience within a call centre/banking or financial sales/ sales office environment

· Coaching skills

· Strong communication skills

· Good financial knowlege
