My client, a leading construction services company, are looking for an experienced Telesales Advisor drive sales within its growing Certification and Training Services team to further build on its continuing success.

Duties will include

· B2B and B2C Cold Calling to new and existing clients selling a wide range of training and certification packages related to the contstruction industry

· Management of large accounts

· Dealing with customer complaints

· Accurately recording outcome of all calls on database

Suitable candidates must have:

· B2B and B2C sales experience

· Previous account management experience

· Experience in handling customer complaints

· Mimimum 2-3 years experience within a call centre/banking or financial sales/ sales office environment

· Good understanding of computer packages such as databases

· Ability to communicate communication skills
