Our client is a medium sized main contractor specialising in delivering high quality contracts across a number of key sectors primarily including social housing, residential Care Homes, conversion and refurbishment sectors.

You will be an experienced, preferably degree qualified Quantity Surveyor, IT literate with a stable work history and a desire to build a long term career for yourself with one of Yorkshires leading lights. The ideal candidate will possess high commercial and contract awareness. Other desirable experience includes having been a lead QS on schemes inc valuations/Payments/ and Final Accounts liaison with Employers Agents etc. This is a superb opportunity to secure a permanent role with a company that prides itself on its staff retention and quality of product and repeat business.
