Description National award winning homes builder who achieve the highest modern design standards whilst representing traditional quality and value are looking for an Assistant Site Manager as part of an expansion of workforce due to larger market share. The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of completing quality projects safely and on time, and have experience of both New Build and Refurbishment projects. Strong management, good communication skills and an in depth knowledge of dealing with, customers, clients and sub-contractors are a must for this role.
