Our client is a rapidly expanding building contractor who has a strong specialism in the refurbishment of Social Housing schemes across the Midlands and North. Owing to the award of several major long term partnering schemes in the Yorkshire and Lincolnshire areas, they are urgently seeking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to come into the company and commence work on the projects.

They are seeking candidates who are from a trade background (i.e. joinery etc) and who have worked on similar types of projects previously with either another building contractor, or local authority. They must also be used to managing trades on site and have a keen eye for quality.
