Position Description:
Large Financial Companyhave an urgent vacacny for a Customer Account Manager. You will manage existing and potential customers within designated post-code areas to exceed business targets.
You will be responsible for collecting debt from customers often from their homes and develop an understanding as to why their debts are outstanding.
Your key dutues will be:
* To interview and evaluate customer information from application.
* Identify opportunities to sell company products.
* To make credit decision and supporting recommendation for discussion with the Branch Manager.
* To conduct and follow up meeting with the customer to confirm terms and conditions.
* To manage existing customer accounts on an on-going basis.
* To generate business from the existing customer database.
You will be be responsible for 200 -250 customer accounts and will have collection targets.
Skills & Experiences required:
* Full Driving Licence
* IT Literate
* Previous Financial experience (not essential)
* Administration and Financial Awareness skills
* Previous experience in a customer focused environment
* Good verbal and written communication
* Problem solving abilities
* Experience of meeting targets and deadlines.
