Management of the interface with the lead designer who may be a Construction Management partner or who may become a nominated subcontractor, Management of the structural designer who may be a Construction Management partner or who may become a nominated subcontractor, Management of all other designers appointed by or on behalf of the Client, Management of the design programme and its interface with the construction programme, Review all design risks and risk registers and contribute to the project risk management system in respect of design risk, Manage the integration and approval of contractor and supplier design elements including the shop drawing approval process, Establish and maintain an effective site query system, Liaise with construction staff on buildability issues and ensure there is effective and well-managed construction feedback to the designers, Manage design records such as design and check certificates, Manage design related input to the production of record packages, Implement IBP and ensure compliance with all design gates, Ensure compliance with design quality plans and assist in establishing design quality plans and procedures, Liaison with the site temporary works co-ordinator and all temporary works designers as required.
