Linear Recruitment has strong ties with the UK’s Social Housing Contractors, and is currently working along side some of the biggest names in the North of England.

With major partnering contracts in the Yorkshire and East Midlands area, my client is looking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Contracts Manager to complement, improve and drive forward the current team. Candidates should have a natural ability to face clients, and be able support and drive forward site teams and sites in a proactive manner.

All current projects revolve around refurbishing council stock to current "decent homes standards", and experience of both tenanted and/or void properties is preferable.
