Description

Large engineering firm are looking for an administration coordinator on a 6 month contract.

This is a full time position Mon-Fri Hours of work are 8.30 till 4.30

Duties to include:

To perform all administration duties i.e, Filing, archiving and photocopying.
Dealing with stationery requests and
Arranging travel.
Typing and reformatting of documents Brief letters and reports.

You will be required to perform extra duties when necessary to ensure full cover for all functions within the administration department.

They require a candidate with a Good telephone manner, Good skills in Microsoft Office, Accurate typing/keyboard skills and Strong organisational skills


We will only consider applicants with previous experience

You will need:

Excellent demonstration/presentation skills
Excellent telephone manner
Previous export/sales experience
Fluent in German
Fluent in another EU language, preferably French
Full UK driving licence (car)
