Position Description:
My client is currently looking to recruit an Export Account coordinator. This is only a 12 month contract to cover maternity cover to start immediately
You will be required to:
• Handle inbound product enquiries
• maintain good business relationships
• Organise our attendance at exhibitions
• Organise product courses
• Ensure that international export paperwork is accurate
• Monitor export sales and take corrective action where applicable
• Communicate with our German distributors in their native tongue
• Translate orders submitted in German
• Rectify and resolve any issues our international distributors may have
• Travel worldwide occasionally (alone). Attending exhibitions, giving product demonstrations and presentations may be required but the post will mainly be office based
You will need:
Excellent demonstration/presentation skills
Excellent telephone manner
Previous export/sales experience Fluent in German
Fluent in another EU language, preferably French
Full UK driving license (car)
