Position Description:
Linear Recruitment is currently recruiting for a national award winning homes builder who achieve the highest modern design standards whilst representing traditional quality and value. As part of expansion of the company, they require an experienced Senior Site Manager with longstanding experience of working for a Blue Chip National House Builder for a new development of 100 plots in the Nottingham/Derbyshire area.
The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a proven track record of completing quality projects safely and on time. Strong management, good communication skills and an in depth knowledge of health and safety regulations are vital for this role. An NHBC award will be looked upon favourably.
