Our client provides structural design for buildings in sectors including residential and commercial, industrial, leisure, retail, educational and healthcare. They are part of a group of 4 companies with 16 offices, 300 staff and a turnover this financial year in the region of £20m.
Working within a team of Engineers at various levels, the CAD Technician is expected to provide support on a range of projects and is primarily responsible for producing detailed drawings and structural information using AutoCAD, to a high degree of accuracy throughout each stage of the project.
The ideal candidate will have GCSE Maths and English grade C or equivalent, HNC/HND in structures or similar and minimum 4 years experience, and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
