Position Description:
This is your chance to join one of the Region's leading Construction companies who have an impressive order book for next year. Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to a run a large development of 100+ new build properties for a Housing Association in the West Yorkshire area.
The scheme is worth around £5m is to be built over an 16-18 month period, and consists of the building of two and three bed homes.
The ideal candidate will come from a New Build Housing background and will preferably have experience of working on New Build Local Authority/Housing Association contracts. In return, the successful candidate will be receive an extremely competitive basic salary, car or car allowance, further benefits and an unrivalled potential bonus scheme.
