Our client is a rapidly expanding building contractor who has won a number of Social Housing refurbishment schemes across the Yorkshire area. Owing to the award of several major long term partnering schemes, they are urgently seeking to appoint a number of experienced Assistant Site Managers to come into the company and commence work on the projects.

They are seeking candidates who are from a trade background (i.e. joinery etc) and who have worked on similar types of projects previously with either another building contractor, or local authority. They must also be used to managing trades on site and have a keen eye for quality.

They are also open to looking at candidates who have experience of working on New Build commercial works due to varied range of their future contracts.
