Position Description:
Our client requires a Design and Build Coordinator to work on new build construction projects worth GBP 5 million. The successful candidate will be proactive in their approach with the ability to lead a team and meet targets. You will be responsible for all on-site activities and thus would need to develop a good working relationship with the Contracts Manager. Previous experience on new build projects is essential. |
