Position Description:
In this role you will be expected to ensure that Head Office databases are maintained with accurate information relating to jobs in progress and to ensure work is distributed efficiently to Surveyors and Branches.

The key responsibilities will be processing all paperwork relating to new surveyed, installed and cancelled jobs, issuing new jobs to relevant surveyors in a timely and accurate manner, ensure Link and Dito systems are updated to show matching statuses at all times. Provide reports on outstanding jobs when requested, deal with all enquiries received via email, telephone, fax and letter the same day if possible and any other duties as requested on an ad hoc basis which are relevant to this position.

The right candidate for the job will have the ability to type a minimum of 30 w.p.m, have a high level of concentration and accuracy required along with the ability to work on your own initiative and a minimum of 12 months previous experience in a similar role in a high pressured environment
