As a result of forthcoming fit-out and refurbishment projects with a number of blue chip clients, such as Sainsbury’s, Boots Somerfield, Debenhams and House of Fraser our Client looking for additional site managers in order to deliver projects to the full satisfaction of the client, within programmed time, to the required quality and within the agreed costs.

The successful candidate will have experience of projects with values typically in the £250K to £3M bracket. The majority of projects involve refurbishment and fit-out however, some experience of new build construction would be beneficial. The ability to work with the existing client dedicated team on a nation-wide basis is essential. The position will suit a self-motivated individual who is capable of being flexible as the position will be site based, anywhere in the UK. There is therefore a requirement to travel and lodge in the location of the site. Key requirements are:

· Excellent communication and people management skills
· An ability to identify and resolve problems
· Experience of managing in a live environment
· Leadership skills
· IT competent
· CSCS card holder
