DescriptionThis is your chance to join one of the UK's leading Social Housing contractors who are working with local authorities and housing association on new build and refurbishment of social housing. We are looking to recruit experienced Quantity Surveyors who have some social housing experience, including repairs. Ideally you will have a HNC or BSc in Quantity Surveying or have previous industry experience. You will be comfortable with Bills of Quantities, re-measures, variations, cost reporting, sub-contractor management and final accounts. |
