Position Description:
Our well established client, based in Yorkshire, work on projects across the board such as refurbishment, commercial, residential and nationwide.
They offer a friendly, open and spacious working environment as well an excellent opportunity to develop project based skills.
Due to increased workload our client is currently recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join their offices in Bradford.
You will be HNC qualified or equivalent, have excellent knowledge of UK building regulations and good CAD skills.
Our client works on projects across the board such as residential, hotels and commercial projects so previous experience within these sectors would be an advantage.
You must be able to work both on an individual basis and as part of a team.
Previous experience with Vectorworks or AutoCAD is an advantage, but not essential.
