Position Description:
We are looking to recruit a Senior Bridge Technician to work in the Highways and Rail sector in Leeds. Working with the Project Manager and Design Team Leader, you will be involved in the production and technical quality of drawings. Projects will include conceptual design, detailing of Civil Structures, new bridges and refurbishment of existing structures. You will also undertake inspection of structures and be expected to help and develop junior staff, in CAD and the practical aspects of design.
You should have good experience having worked in a similar role before, with a relevant degree in Civil Engineering. Important skills necessary for the job include, significant experience with CAD and CAD-RC in the Highways or Rail sector as well as good communication skills and excellent leadership qualities.
