We are seeking a highly competent and ambitious Highways CAD Technician to join our successful and rapidly growing technical team based here in Leeds.

Successful candidate is likely to be continuing his/her professional development and have a reasonable level of competence in his/her own area whilst acquiring higher level skills.

The role involves important client responsibilities including managing client expectations, documenting technical and project related material, identifying and resolving problems, and notifying management of any required changes.

The jobholder may also lead small projects and coach and support other team members. The role is responsible for identifying opportunities to expand existing business, and the jobholder interfaces with client managers to build a broad and influential network, and uses multiple methods of communication to increase acceptance and support within clients.

Candidates should have a good level of highways design experience-ideally within a consultancy environment. Practical experience and sound knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office are also important.
