Position Description: This highly reputable building contractor requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work specifically on a large New Build scheme in Sheffield city centre. Ideally from an academic background, you will be familiar with surveying procedures on projects up to around £10m in value. You will be responsible to the Commercial Manager and working closely with the Project Manager also.
Client: A multi-award winning regional Building Contractor with a strong reputation for high standards and project satisfaction on build projects throughout the Yorkshire region. This firm typically takes on projects up to around £20m in value and is well established in the Yorkshire region for delivering excellent results to clients.
