Position Description:
My client requires a Mechanical Design Engineer from a strong Building Services Consultancy background. You should have experience working within a design consultancy and have experience of the contractor environment. You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to empathise with clients. Core responsibilities include, design and coordination of mechanical service, preparing drawings and specifications, organising tender issues, budget costings, surveys, attending site and design meetings, valuations and assisting in final accounts and variations. Ideally, you will have experience of working on major projects within office, residential, school, health, retail and factory environments. Focusing on air conditioning, ventilation, lighting and heating. |
