Position Description:
Due to an increase in work levels, an experienced Quantity Surveyor is required to work for a well known Yorkshire based Contractor dealing with all sectors across the area. Duties will include ensuring financial viability of all contracts, accurate recording of variations and controlling costs through to final account. The arrangement success of every project by introducing and maintaining effective cost control measures and thereby maximising profitability. As well as; pricing & estimating contracts, Sub Contract accounts, Cost value reconciliation, preparation of interim and Final accounts, Agreeing sub-contract prices, Cost reporting, Monthly valuations, dispute resolution, preparation of bills of quantities and assisting the commercial team. |
