Position Description:
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of new build, refurbishment and fit out / refit projects for major blue chip clients operating in the retail sector.
A Client focussed professional you will relish working in a modern, fast track environment and have a desire for Client satisfaction and a “right first time” attitude.
As a leader you will have the necessary skills to motivate a site team and have the gravitas and presence to lead from the front and deliver to demanding standards and timescales. Excellent career advancement prospects and a first class working environment await the successful individual.
Client:
A £300m turnover company and a major player within the Retail Construction market. Our Client possesses an enviable Client list and numerous long term framework and partnership agreements with almost 75% of business being repeat business.
With the ability to act as both Principal Contractor and Construction Manager alongside offering a Project Management Consultancy service has enabled them to offer the Client a complete construction service. Projects include both large scale new build or refurbishment projects up to £20m in value or multiple project roll out programmes.
