Position Description: Leading M&E Building Services Contractor seeks to recruit an experienced Commercial Manager to take responsibility for all commercial & contractual aspects of projects handled from its Yorkshire office. Ideal candidate will either be currently in a similar role with a large M&E Contractor and seeking a fresh challenge or currently at Senior/ Managing Quantity Surveyor level and looking to further advance their career.
