Position Description:
Our Client is looking to employ an experienced Mechanical Project Manager within their Leeds office. This company is regarded very highly in the M&E Contracting world and has a great reputation in Yorkshire. As a Mechanical Project Manager, you will effectively engineer and fully control all aspects of labour, plant and materials associated with the mechanical installations. You will also be responsible for Health & Safety and supervising the Engineers and Sub-contractors. With a portfolio of large projects across a range of sectors, you will need to have experience of running projects from initial enquiry through to final completion. Experience of working on commercial, education and retail projects is a massive advantage. You should also have previously worked on large projects, over the value of £1.5m. |
